San Miguel Power Association (SMPA) is providing rebates to its residential and commercial customers for installing photovoltaic (PV), small wind, and small hydroelectric systems, as well as other renewable energy systems on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must own the system to qualify for the rebate. Systems leased from a third party are ineligible.
