HVAC & Water Heating: The program offers free tune up of an existing HVAC system that are more than 7 years old.
WARM Program for Low-Income households: Low income customers of Penn Power can participate in the WARM energy conservation program to make their homes energy efficient. The program is available to both homeowners and renters.
