  • Heat Pump Program:
    • Ductless Heat Pump: $500 - $800
    • Heat Pump from any heat source: $500
    • Heat Pump Conversion from electric furnace: $1,000
    • Variable Speed Heat Pump from electric furnace: $1,200
  • Appliances & Water Heaters:
    • Clothes Washer: $30 - $35
    • Clothes Dryer: $50
    • Heat Pump Water Heater: $800 - $900
    • Smart Thermostat: $140
    • Stainless Steel Meter Base: $250
    • Stainless Steel Metering Equipment: $500
  • Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger: $250
Equipment Requirements
  • Water Heaters: Must be Tier 3 or 4 models.
  • Appliances: Must be Energy Star rated, see program website for further details
  • Ducted Air-Source Heat Pumps: must be AHRI-tested and certified with an HSPF2 and SEER2 efficiency rating
  • Insulation (Required Level): R-49 (Attic), R-30 (Floor), R-15 (Wall)
  • Replacement Windows: must be Energy Star with a U-Value of .30 or less
Installation Requirements Homes must be electrically heated to qualify for the Weatherization Rebate Program.

Summary

The Tillamook County Public Utility District (PUD) offers residential customers standard rebates on electric vehicle chargers, ENERGY STAR appliances, heat pump water heaters, programmable thermostats and home weatherization projects.

In addition to the various rebate programs, Tillamook County PUD and the following stores offer a financing program with unsecured, zero-percent interest on ENERGY STAR appliances, on approved credit up to $2,000 for 12 months:
